We
at Think2xTwice.org know how important it is to recognize our
child's efforts and achievements. We all like to be told we can do
something well, it makes us feel good. It also builds self-confidence in
the young person, a sure way to build self-esteem. If you have a child
that has made the honor roll, brought up grades or passed that test
they stayed up all night studying for and would like them featured on
our site, please email us at stopteenviolence@live.com. You may also include a picture and story of your child's accomplishments. Check out our SUCCESS STORIES below:
ROSARIO DESEAN SHERMAN
CONGRATULATIONS ROSARIO DESEAN SHERMAN! Rosario is a student at Southside High School and is constantly beating the odds. Diagnosed with dyslexia at a very young age, Rosario didn't allow the challenges he faced to defeat him. He makes very good grades, is an excellent well-mannered student and is always willing to go above and beyond to assist his teachers and fellow classmates. He dreams of one day becoming an actor after learning that actors such as Whoopi Goldberg and Malcolm Jamal Warner also have dyslexia! He is excellent at sports and art. His parents Jeffrey and Traci Fant are very proud of him and his accomplishments!
